About the QCES Foundation
The Quincy Catholic Elementary Schools (QCES) Foundation, established in July 2009, is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to enhancing Catholic education and making it accessible to all families who desire it. Governed by a board of directors representing Blessed Sacrament, St. Anthony, St. Francis, and St. Peter parishes, the foundation works to ensure Catholic education thrives in our community.
Our Mission: To enhance the gift of Catholic education.
Our Vision: A thriving Catholic education system that positively impacts our community.
The foundation’s primary focus is raising funds to provide tuition assistance for qualifying families. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we can offer students a truly transformative education—one that shapes them into faithful, moral, accountable, and compassionate adults.
Since we began awarding tuition assistance, the QCES Foundation has distributed over $1.29 million to thousands of students. This support is more than financial relief—it sustains enrollment, strengthens our schools, and reduces the financial burden on our parishes and families. Every Catholic elementary school student benefits from this vital program.
